The State of Qatar, represented by the Civil Aviation Authority (CCA) has signed initial air transport agreement and a memorandum of understanding on \'\'Open Skies Foundations\'\' with the Government of Luxemburg. The agreement was signed for the Qatari side by Director of Air Transport and Airports Affairs at the CCA Saleh Abdullah Haroon and for Luxembourg by Director of Economic and International Relations at Civil Aviation Authority Jean Agheraf. The two sides agreed on the eligibility of the national carriers to operate any number of passengers and cargo flights between the two countries, as well as to allow the carriers concerned to exercise fifth freedom on any intermediate and points beyond.
