No change to Schengen visa rules

Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs Hisham el Naqib has stressed that no changes occurred to rules regulating the issuance of the Schengen visa.
Naqib's remarks Tuesday followed repeated complaints by Egyptian passengers who had been deported from or stopped at airports in the Schengen region for unjustified reasons.
Naqib urged citizens to take a look at rules regulating the issuance of the Schengen visa on the internet.
