Jordan will head meetings of the executive office of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism in Cairo in its capacity as head of the office. Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al Fayez who will represent Jordan in the meetings, said in a press statement ahead of his departure to Cairo, that the two-day meeting will discuss reports of the secretariat general to take a number of decisions that include the selection of the Arab capital for tourism, the council's award and Arab-Turkish tourism cooperation. Fayez added that the meetings will also review the Arab tourism strategy as well as means of activating Arab tourism.
