iRiS Software Systems, the specialist hospitality software applications company whose hotel guest services applications include the iRiS Guest Valet and Mobile Valet apps, is set to shake up HITEC with the launch of its Mobile Valet application and the world’s largest virtual hotel. iRiS will be launching iRiS Towers, its Virtual Hotel application and is inviting HITEC visitors to download this multi-lingual, interactive guest services app onto their own smart-phone before and during the show. During the four days, the company will be running live applications on their stand and visitors will be able to interact and gain a superb insight into these market-leading applications. In addition, visitors to the iRiS stand at booth 2439 who download the virtual hotel app, will be entered into the iRiS competition to win a free iPad. iRiS has trebled the size of their stand for 2012 compared to last year, following huge demand for meetings and the rapid increase in demand for this type of technology. “This is a great opportunity for hotel, cruise and serviced apartment IT, Operations and F&B leaders to see for themselves how this will benefit their businesses, both in terms of service and increased revenue. We are also aiming to create the world’s largest virtual hotel, with visitors downloading our Mobile Valet app onto their own devices and we will be giving away an iPad3 to one lucky person who has checked in” said Jason Jefferys, CEO of iRiS Software Systems.
