Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Sunday that Iran will take legal action with international organizations against the US over its stealth aircraft intrusion into Iranian airspace. He told a joint press conference with Namibian Foreign Minister Utoni Nujoma that Iran has lodged complaint with the United Nations against the US over operating stealth reconnaissance aircraft in Iranian airspace and will report Washington\'s hostile action to the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the Non-Aligned Movement and other international organizations with jurisdiction to examine violation of national sovereignty of nations. He said that the US Administration has launched aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and that Iran reserves the right to complain to the International Court of Justice in the context of the international conventions. Salehi said that the Islamic Republic of Iran forwarded its complaint against the US administration to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. He said that flying stealth reconnaissance aircraft in Iranian airspace is blatant aggression on Iran\'s national sovereignty in light of Washington\'s continued animosity with the Iranian government since the victory of the Islamic Revolution which toppled US-backed Shah\'s regime in 1979. Salehi said in the meantime that the Iranian nation and its defense forces are full prepared to defend their national sovereignty against foreign aggression and that Iran\'s success in bringing down the stealth aircraft RQ-170 Sentinel proved superiority of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the electronic warfare waged by Washington against Iran.
