Iberia increases flights following Spanair closure

Iberia is increasing seat supply of flights and seats on several routes it had coincided with Spanair, which recently ceased operations. The increase includes its routes originating from Madrid, to the cities of Barcelona, Bilbao, La Coruña, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Copenhagen. Passengers affected by Spanair’s cease of operations have until midnight on February 3, 2012 to purchase Iberia tickets to Spanish mainland and island destination with special fares for travel through May 30.
