The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec)-owned Hyatt Capital Gate hotel is due to open within the next two months, Adnec said in a statement yesterday. \"Adnec and Hyatt Hotels Corporation envisioned Hyatt Capital Gate as a ‘one-of-a-kind\' property, in a global city and located inside one of the world\'s most outstanding buildings,\" said Sanjay Tanna, Adnec business development and investments director. Tanna explained in a previous statement that Hyatt Hotel occupies levels 18 to 33 within the distinctive leaning tower. \"The hotel targets upscale business travellers seeking an authentic Arabian experience. The hotel targets the new generation of savvy business travellers,\" said Tanna. \"The hotel\'s location attractiveness is accentuated with its proximity to Al Bateen Executive Airport, twofour54, Abu Dhabi Golf Course, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Downtown Abu Dhabi, the Corniche, Al Raha and Yas Island,\" said Ali Al Jazzazi, consultant and tourism expert at Deserts Islands. Core market Hyatt was chosen because it is perfect for Adnec\'s core market. Exhibiting internationally can be extremely expensive and for some companies the cost of accommodation can be the deciding factor in whether they participate in an exhibition or not. \"Adnec requires affordable, contemporary and stylish accommodation options on-site and with this hotel, they will have this in abundance,\" Al Jazzazi pointed out. He added that the distance between these areas and the hotel is not more than 10-20 minutes. Dubai and Al Ain areas are within an hour\'s driving distance.
