Emirates will continue to monitor the ash cloud caused by Mt. Cordon Caulle in Chile closely, and is currently liaising with the relevant authorities regarding its movement,” an Emirates spokesperson told Gulf News in a statement, adding that passengers are advised to check emirates.com for further updates. An Etihad spokesperson said: “There has been no impact on Etihad flights as a result of the volcano in Chile. ” Qatar Airways, too, said it’s operating normal services to the two countries.
