In order to strengthen links between Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) and its strategic partners, and build closer relations with other organisations in the emirate, the Key Account Management (KAM) section, part of the Customer Service division at Dewa, has arranged the completion of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Dubai Airports and the Distribution Maintenance department of the Distribution Power Division. The agreement was signed by Mohammed Al Suweidi, Vice President of Distribution Maintenance at Dewa, and Masoud Taher, Vice President of Engineering Services at Dubai Airports in the presence of Lutfi Al Aghabri, Senior Manager, Maintenance Department (Deira), Hassan Al Hamadi, Senior Manager, Maintenance Department (Dubai); and Mattar Al Muheiri, Senior Manager, Asset Management, during a ceremony at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. Several senior officials from Dubai Airports headed by Masoud Taher VP Engineering and Chris Garton, Senior Vice President of Operations, were also present on the occasion. This agreement accords with Dewa’s strategic plan to ensure satisfaction by providing world-class quality services, by offering reliability, efficiency and environmental safety. Through the support of such effective partnerships, Dubai will be able to maintain its resources and uphold its position as a global hub of finance, business and tourism. Dewa maintains constant co-operation with the nation’s organisations. Dewa has made a series of achievements in the field of institutional excellence at both the regional and global level.
