A small civil plane on Sunday made an emergency landing on a Hurghada road due to a technical malfunction in the wheels.
Director General of Hurghada International Airport Sadeq al Shouri said the plane informed the airport of the malfunction before it disappeared from the radar screen.
The plane made an emergency landing north of Hurghada, he added.
The two pilots, coming from Italy, were rescued with no injuries, Shouri said.
