Established in 2004 by Murielle Nouchy, and based at La Celle St Cloud in Paris, MNO is well-connected at the highest levels with the principle tour operators, travel agencies and airlines, and is a business consultancy that specialises in the implementation of strategies and marketing for the tourism and leisure industries.
