Brazil's largest port of Santos in Sao Paulo
Rio de Janeiro - XINHUA

Brazil's largest port of Santos in Sao Paulo state remains closed as a major fire is still raging in the vicinities of the port.
Access to the port has been closed since the start of the fire on Thursday morning. Firefighters are having trouble putting out the fire because it reached a series of fuel tanks on the site. In addition, the wind in the area is helping spread the fire.
The local Fire Department said 106 men are currently working on the fire. Seven ships are fetching seawater to be used in the firefighters' efforts.
The extent of losses to the port operations has yet to be estimated as well.
In February, a truck drivers' strike in Santos Port caused huge drop of soybean exports to China, the largest buyer of Brazil's soybeans.
