Boeing gets 22.4 bln USD order from Lion Air

Indonesia\'s Lion Air has finalized an order with Boeing for 230 aircraft worth 22.4 billion U.S. dollars, Boeing announced on Tuesday. It is the largest deal in the history of Boeing. The deal involves 201 Boeing 737 Maxs and 29 Boeing 737-900 ERs. Lion Air will also acquire rights to purchase another 150 aircraft. Boeing is marketing its aircraft at the Singapore Airshow, which runs from Feb. 14 through Feb. 19.
