Belgiumآ’s national carrier Brussels Airlines has cancelled flights to Tel Aviv, local media reported Wednesday.
One flight was cancelled on Tuesday night. Three further Brussels Airlines flights are cancelled on Wednesday.
The airlines spokesman Geert Sciot said the company was cancelling the flights due to the uncertain security situation in Israe.
The charter airline Jetair has also cancelled a flight from Brussels. The Jetair flight to Tel Aviv on Tuesday was diverted to Cyprus.
US and European airlines have cancelled their flights to Israel after a missile struck a target close to the Tel Aviv airport yesterday.
