Assistant Undersecretary of Ports, Search and Follow Up, Brigadier Yousif bin Ahmed Al Ghattam has paid an inspection visit to the Passport Department at the Bahrain International Airport to evaluate the readiness for the second phase of the new facilities of issuing multi-entry visas that will be launched in April.
The Assistant Undersecretary inspected the readiness and knowledge of staff of the new facilities that will include various services in the issuing of entry visas for the targeted beneficiaries, especially multi-entry on-arrival visa that will be issued through Bahrain International Airport for residents of GCC countries and citizens of 66 countries. Those visas could also be issued through online services.
Brigadier Al Ghattam thanked officials and employees for their efforts and directed them to continue with their commitment to the high standards in providing services for travelers and facilitate the crossing through the port within the hospitality spirit and high security regulations.
He was accompanied by Director of Exists, Shawqi Hassan Al Subai, Director of Visa and Residence, Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa and Director of Human & financial Resources, Nayef Ahmed Al sherooqi.
