Qatar-based private aviation company Rizon Jet has been granted new approvals, allowing the company to increase the range of services it offers to its international clients. The Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation has granted approval to Rizon Jet’s Doha facility, so now both the company’s bases in the Middle East and in London at Biggin Hill Airport, are able to maintain and repair Bermuda-registered aircraft under an AMO Certificate. In London, the MRO has added the Learjet 45 and the Bombardier Challenger 300 to its line and base maintenance comprehensive list of aircraft capabilities. Rizon Jet has fully approved and certified maintenance and repair operations in Doha and London. Both facilities are fully EASA Part-145 compliant and hold approvals from a number of different states around the world, including the UK and Qatar. The centres offer AOG support on a wide range of Bombardier and Hawker aircraft. Forecasting a growth in demand for private business and leisure jet charter, Rizon Jet’s fleet comprises two Challenger 605s, and a Hawker 900XP, with UK affiliate Oryx Jet providing access to additional aircraft, including two helicopters.
