Abu Dhabi Summer Season 2015, the three month extravaganza of entertainment, promotions and offers across the whole of Abu Dhabi Emirate, began yesterday with four parades taking place across shopping malls, Abu Dhabi's Tourism and Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, said in a statement yesterday.
Marina Mall will host a Brazilian Carnival Parade, Deerfields Mall will host a beautiful Butterfly Parade, Al Ain Mall will organise a Break-Dancing showcase, and the World Trade Centre Mall will host a Harlequin Parade.
The events will be rotated across other participating malls, including Dalma Mall, Al Wahda Mall, The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, Nations Galleria and Bawadi Mall, until Saturday, June 13th.
During the emirate-wide summer season that runs until September 5th, TCA Abu Dhabi is also launching a major promotions drive across its malls with twelve luxury Mercedes-Benz cars to be given away in prize draws to lucky shoppers .

The three-month long season of entertainment, promotions and offers is taking place across Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and Al Gharbia, the Western Region, with a Mercedes-Benz car the star prize every Saturday evening.
Throughout the summer season, a range of attractions, shows and walkabouts will be hosted, including a series of Ramadan-inspired events and activations, oud players and children's stage shows.
"We have a thrilling summer season ahead of us with a full programme of entertainment across the emirate for the whole family to enjoy," added Al Dhaheri.
Promising ‘Fun for All', the Summer Season will host more than 60 performances in venues and theatres across Abu Dhabi Emirate arranged by some of the UAE's leading event companies.
The series of live shows begins on July 18th with an Eid celebration in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain with Saudi singing sensation Mohammed Abdo and Emirati singer Habeeb El Yasi. Visitors and residents, both young and old, can also enjoy Sesame Street Live, Indian singing star Shreya Ghoshal, Hans Klok - the world's fastest illusionist, Mythbusters and Arabic and Western comedy nights, as well as a range of other leading shows for adults and children.
