Abu Dhabi Ports has launched its brand new Customer Service Centre at Zayed Port, further enhancing the organisation's comprehensive service offerings while addressing the various needs of a continuously growing customer base.
With a dedicated team of highly trained service professionals, the new centre combines Abu Dhabi Ports' previous smaller service points and is the first centralised focal point of contact for the company's current and potential customers, business partners and visitors.
Equipped with an intelligent queuing and processing system, the new centre provides various service offerings to the highest professional standards, covering general enquiries, information services and complaints, as well as assistance with documents and payments.
"Abu Dhabi Ports' new Customer Service Centre is a strategic approach to continually increase efficiency and delivering excellence in our services. The new centre has been designed to further improve our customer care and to better meet their needs while being ever more responsive," said Capt. Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, CEO, Abu Dhabi Ports.
