The Centre for Regulation of Transport by Hire Cars in Abu Dhabi, has launched a comprehensive awareness campaign under the banner, ‘One Tariff for All Silver Taxis', in four of Abu Dhabi's malls today. The campaign aims to raise public awareness of the unified tariff for all silver taxis, along with the introduction of 270 taxis in the Mercedes Vito Compact category. This initiative is in line with the centre's commitment towards providing taxi users with the highest international level of quality and services.
Mohamed Darwish Al-Qemzi, General Manager at the Centre for Regulation of Transport by Hire Cars, said, "The ‘One Tariff for All Silver Taxi' campaign is launched to raise public awareness about Abu Dhabi silver taxi tariff fares, which have never changed, even after the introduction of many unique services that were developed by the centre to maintain excellence and quality, and improve the taxi services provided to the public in the emirate."
"The centre is dedicated to following the best practices that will attract taxi users in Abu Dhabi through the provision of safe and sustainable services. Our aim is to upgrade our services and provide the latest communication technology to ensure the delivery of services in line with customers' needs," Al-Qemzi explained.
The centre aims to provide integrated transport services to its users by reviewing the changes in demand. This campaign highlights the various services added, including Wi-Fi service, child-safety car seats and others to provide taxi users with all means of comfort, well-being, security and safety.
