Tourism Minister Fady Aboud inaugurated Friday museum \"Lebanon from the heart of stone\" for sculpture Bilal Awada in Hzarta-Zahle, whereby he promised to build a rest-house in the border town of Massnaa and an airport in Bekaa. Massnaa is a border town between Lebanon and Syria, where many opt to travel by land to either country. \"I have vowed to all Lebanese that there will be a civilized rest-house...and we will begin work within 3 months,\" promised Abboud. \"The other issue is the need for an airport in the Bekaa region. It will not only be a Lebanese airport but a regional one serving all Arab countries.\" Abboud added that hotels and resorts will surround the northern airport, creating work opportunities for citizens. \"This project is essential for Bekaa and the ministerial statement mentioned an airport for the North.\" The Minister ushered in the dawn of a touristic revolution on a national level.
