Everyone has an innate destiny they are born to pursue. This belief led cheerleading coach and motivational speaker, Sanford McMurray, to write the novel “Do You Live on Purpose?” “Do You Live on Purpose?” details an approach to life that encourages readers to move forward with passionate action in order to achieve their dreams. The book is about finding, living and being challenged by our true purpose. “I want readers to have a greater sense of their passions upon completion of the book,” McMurray said. “It’s important for them to understand that change occurs whether we want it to or not, but choice is our doing.” The novel does not solve problems or challenges; instead, it brings past behaviors and current events to light. It asks readers to have a purpose behind their current routines. “I want to show people how stagnant thoughts and actions can keep them from seeing the beauty that lies on the other side of their thinking,” McMurray said.
