His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace early Monday the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, President of the Constitutional Court Judge Yousef Al-Mutawa, and Chairmen of Arab constitutional courts and councils, participating in the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils (UACCC) meeting, held in Kuwait.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah.
His Highness the Amir addressed his eminent guests saying, "It is of our deepest pleasure and happiness to welcome you at your second country, on the occasion of your attendance of the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils (UACCC) meetings, hosted by Kuwait.
We pray for Allah almighty to lead you to further success and progress, and that your meeting would fulfill its goals, wishing you a pleasurable stay between your brothers in Kuwait.
On that occasion, I would like to personally express, as well as on behalf of the Kuwaiti people, confidence and pride in the country's fair Judicial system, which is known for its integrity, neutrality, and to protect it from any humiliations or doubts in its sacred task.
We would also like to applaud the efforts of the Judicial judiciary workforces for their diligent work in dealing with various cases, especially those affecting the sanctity of the public money.
We praise their application of justice, equality and rule of law, to protect the safety and stability of our country, and the rights and dignity of its citizens through abiding by law and the constitution, as the Judicial authority will always be the shelter for all people who need it."
