Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour met on Thursday with Algerian Ambassador here Mannawar Rabie.
During the meeting, Rabie handed Ghandour a message to the Sudanese President Omar al Bashir from his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika concerning means of promoting bilateral relations.
Rabie congratulated Ghandour on his new post, reiterating the depth of Sudanese-Algerian ties.
For his part, the top Sudanese diplomat welcomed the Algerian official, noting that the two countries share identical stance towards Arab, regional and international issues.
