Anastasiades stressed the importance of facing challenges threatening the Middle East region, atop of which is terrorism.
He also lauded a stance taken by Egypt to settle the Cypriot crisis in line with international law.
Sisi, meanwhile, called for holding more meetings during the coming period to boost three-way cooperation and discuss the latest developments in the Middle East region.
He also thanked both countries for their support for the Egyptian people during the past period.
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, for his part, described the tripartite meeting as an important step towards raising the level of consultations and coordination among the three countries in the political and social fields.
He praised a role played by Egypt to bring about peace and security in the region, reiterating his country's keenness to boost cooperation with Egypt in all fields, especially in the domains of tourism, power, transportation and trade.
