His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces, received Isabel Saint Malo, Vice President and Foreign Minister of Panama, at the Al Bahr Palace yesterday.
Sheikh Mohammed welcomed Panama's Vice President and discussed with her ways to bolster friendly ties and cooperation in various fields.
The meeting also tackled avenues for joint cooperation in economic, trade and tourism sectors. The two sides stressed the importance of intensifying the exchange of visits between the officials of the two countries in the light of the leaders' vision to further enhance bilateral relations and bonds of friendship.
HH said the U.A.E. is interested in building channels of cooperation and viable ties with the Republic of Panama that serve mutual interests and are to the benefit of the two countries and peoples.
On her part, the Panamanian Vice President expressed her delight at visiting the U.A.E. and viewing its advanced development model, emphasising her country's willingness to broaden the scope of joint action with the U.A.E..
