Labour Minister receives Moroccan ambassador

Labour and Social Development Minister and Board Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received today Moroccan Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmed Rashid Khatabi. He lauded strong bilateral relations and their growth in various fields, commending the positive stances of Morocco in supporting Bahrain. He also briefed the ambassador on the projects and programmes of the ministry and LMRA in the fields of human development and protecting the workers’ rights.
Both sides also discussed ways of bolstering bilateral fraternal relations and cooperation, including developing the labour market systems and improving social security programmes directed to all social categories.
The Moroccan ambassador praised solid ties binding both countries, pointing out Bahrain’s outstanding international status thanks to its development at all levels. He stressed his country’s keenness to boost bilateral cooperation to achieve common interests of both countries and peoples.
