The statement pointed out that Foreign Minister, Prof, Ghandour met with Indian Minister of Small-Scale Industry who announced India readiness to reflect its experiment in field of small-scale industries and holding permanent exhibition for Indian small-scale industries in Sudan with focusing on agricultural domain.
The meeting with Indian Minister of Agriculture, the statement added, reached to agreement on establishment a bank for seeds so as to make use of Indian technologies in this connection.
It further added Minister of Finance met with his Indian counterpart and officials at India Bank of Import and Export and agreed on settlement of debts between the two countries.
The statement said the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs, Dr Gen. Vijay Singh affirmed during his meeting with the Foreign Minister the deeply-rooted relations between Sudan and India that necessitates speeding up steps of exchange of trade between Sudan and India to be in line with the distinguished ties that link the two countries.
The statement, meanwhile, said that Minister of Electricity held meeting with officials at India' sector of electricity.
