His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister received the French Republic’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bernard Regnauld-Fabre, at Gudaibiya Palace today.
During the meeting, HRH praised the depth of relations between Bahrain and France, noting the ongoing expansion of these ties and both countries’ commitment to developing them further.
HRH acknowledged the outgoing French ambassador’s efforts and his contribution to reinforcing bilateral relations.
HRH and the ambassador discussed various regional and international issues of importance, particularly those relating to peace, stability and security.
The Crown Prince went on to wish the ambassador success for the future.
For his part, the French ambassador extended his thanks and appreciation for HRH’s continuous support in developing and strengthening ties between the two countries. The ambassador wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its citizens continued progress and prosperity.
