Tourism Minister Khalid Ramy on Tuesday participated in the inaugural ceremony of a Paris-hosted exhibition for Egypt's sunken antiquities.
The exhibition, dubbed "Osiris… Egypt's Sunken Mysteries", was inaugurated by French President Francois Hollande and Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
It is organized at the premises of the Arab World Institute in Paris.
The exhibition displays the Egyptian sunken antiquities that were found by IEASAM mission, the Tourism Ministry said in a statement.
On the fringe of the inaugural ceremony, the Egyptian tourism minister held a series of meetings with French tour operators and briefed them on the steps taken to promote Egypt's tourism.
