The National Symphony Orchestra (OSN) led by maestro Amine Kouider, will present Saturday evening in Algiers “Fate knocks on the door,” a concert which will be combined with other artistic shows, said OSN’s Director Abdelkader Bouazzara.
About 85 instrumentalists from OSN and 65 vocalists from the Polyphonic Choral of Algiers will celebrate, at the Palace of Culture Moufdi Zakaria, the 52nd anniversary of Algeria’s independence, in a show, which “will involve for the first time, visual arts, poetry, dance and video screening,” said Amine Kouider.
The programme of this artistic evening will be marked by a judicious choice of pieces, made up of patriotic songs, to be presented in the opening, in addition to the screening of images of the revolution’s martyrs.
Organized by the direction of the Palace of Culture of Algiers, “The fate knocks on the door” is presented to the audience free of charge.
