Anne Grillo, director of cultural, academic and research cooperation at the French Foreign Ministry, visited Katara along with a delegation currently accompanying her on a visit to the country.
During the visit, Katara Director General Dr. Khalid Ibrahim Al Sulaiti provided the French delegation with a detailed explanation of Katara's facilities, buildings, heritage festivals and activities organized throughout the year.
The French official was briefed on Katara's objectives in activating and supporting cultural work and its contribution to the promotion of the cultural and innovative movement according to a global ambitious vision.
She expressed his pleasure with the cultural edifice, hailing it as a great achievement that is worthy of recognition as it provides a common ground for innovators and intellectuals from all over the world.
