The Egyptian Embassy in Germany will be handed in February 9 a smuggled archaeological ivory statue which was seized during an auction in 2015.
The statue was discovered by an Egyptian-Swiss mission in Aswan in 2006 and was smuggled in 2013.
Restoring this relic comes as part of the state's plan to retrieve the smuggled artifacts to the homeland.
