His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs President Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa, some Royal Family members and senior state officials.
HRH Premier said that the kingdom's history is full of milestones and major phases that should be documented and focused on.
He stressed that the current generations should be well-informed about the kingdom's history, which is laden with success stories that reflect the outstanding ability of the Bahraini people to achieve progress within a stimulating environment based on a homogeneous society characterised by intimacy and love.
HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that the Bahraini people will remain united, with its members dedicated to defending their nation, preserving its accomplishments and working towards achieving a better future for the coming generations.
He said that Bahrain is full of patriotic personalities, whose work and landmark achievements will remain engraved in the national memory.
HRH Premier said all those who contributed to the kingdom's development and progress deserve all praise and gratitude, for the fruit of their tireless and patriotic efforts are reaped by all, calling for the need to document all the efforts that enhanced the national march and helped the kingdom make quantum development leaps in all fields.
HRH Premier exchanged with the audience cordial talks on local issues, stressing that the regional and global developments require more focus on domestic affairs to ensure rallying together, as the best means to preserve the milestone national achievements attained by the kingdom thanks to the Bahraini people's exemplary unity and cohesion.
