OPEC oil price rises to $111.40

The oil price of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) reached $111.40 at mid-week, according to data issued by OPEC on Thursday. OPEC's basket price added $1.92 per barrel (159 liters) on Wednesday, the data was quoted as disclosing in a report carried this morning by the German Press Agency "DPA".
