Price of Kuwait crude oil barrel went up USD 1.47 to reach USD 42.61 per barrel on Monday, compared to USD 41.14 pb last Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Tuesday.
Oil prices in international markets rose by 10%, reaching their highest in five weeks. The prices were affected by OPEC's expected move to reach an agreement on stabilizing oil supply and subsidy on prices with non-member oil producing countries, according to (KUNA) news agency.
Meanwhile, US crude oil went up to its highest in three weeks reaching USD 45.46 pb, while Brent crude rose USD 1.08 to reach USD 48.05 pb.
