Crude oil prices dropped under $77 per barrel Monday, as Greece said it would not make financial targets required for international assistance. The news from Athens and a stronger dollar weighed on crude oil prices. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for November delivery dropped $2.66 or 2.4 percent to reach $76.54 per barrel. Home heating oil lost 0.93 cents to $2.7436 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline prices lost 0.24 cents to $2.5086 per gallon. Henry Hub natural gas prices shed 0.5 cents to $3.612 per million British thermal units. At the pump, the national average price for unleaded gasoline dropped to $3.417 per gallon Monday from Sunday\'s $3.424, AAA said.
