The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) will reduce the prices of 25-pound (11.3kg) gas cylinders to Dh20 on October 1 in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, as per the orders of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Supreme Petroleum Council. The decision also comes with the close follow-up of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who is also the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. The new price matches the price at which gas cylinders are sold to consumers in Abu Dhabi. The order comes in line with Shaikh Khalifa\'s keenness to unify the standard of services provided to Emiratis and reaffirms the leadership\'s wise goals to offer all resources that provide a stable life to all UAE citizens. Article continues below Distribution details Adnoc will soon announce the mechanisms and conditions for the gas cylinder distribution in all stations. The distribution will be carried out by specialised distribution and sale centres that are approved by the relevant bodies of each emirate. Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, praised the wise directives of the UAE Leadership in offering all adequate services to consumers. Abdullah Nasser Al Suwaidi, Director General of Adnoc, affirmed that Adnoc will treat the leadership\'s directives as a priority, and that it will consolidate all capabilities for implementing these orders as quickly as possible.
