GCC Central Banks governors hold coordination meeting

The 54th meeting of the GCC Committee of Governors of Monetary Agencies and Central Banks was held on Monday with participation of Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait Dr. Mohammad Al-Hashel. The commission members are pondering a host of issues such as minutes of meetings of sub-committees, specialized in supervision on the banking and payment systems, matters related monetary faculties and colleges and upgrading the GCC automated monetary systems. They will will also look into various reports regarding measures against money laundering and terrorism financing.
