The Executive Board members will be appointed by decree to be published by agreement between the President of the Republic, the Speaker of the Constituent Assembly and the Prime Minister. The Governor of the BCT is removed from office according to the same formula adopted during his appointment in the first paragraph of this article or upon request of one third of the Constituent Assembly members. The vice-governor and executive board members are removed according to the same formula adopted in their appointment in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article (26).
