Looks like we've officially got the invitation for Samsung's next big event.
And judging from what we've seen, it's a foregone conclusion that the Galaxy Note 8 will be unveiled on August 23. In a little animation on the invite, "Do bigger things" is written, along with a stylus-looking thingy doodling over a design similar to what we've seen with the S8 some months ago.
Oh, and it's being billed as the "ultimate multitasking device".
"This highly-anticipated addition to the Galaxy roster was specially designed for people who move through barriers to do more of what matters to them," it added.
Again, Friday, August 23's the date for the Galaxy Unpacked celebration at New York City's Park Avenue Armory. It starts at 11am ET (that's 7pm in Dubai on the same day).
Of course, it'll be streamed here, here and here.
Oh everyone will be looking forward to this. Even better, in about a couple weeks after this, some company named Apple will reveal their own latest trick.
Going to be a fun fall there. More so, this will finally erase the bitter stigma of the Note 7 disaster.
