Microsoft, backs off on Xbox camera requirement

Microsoft, reacting to security concerns, says it won\'t require users of its upcoming Xbox One game console to connect its Kinect camera in order to play. The announcement came after some gamers expressed concerns the Kinect camera, which can track users in the dark and has facial recognition capabilities, could allow spying by the National Security Agency or by malicious hackers.
