Device prices for the iPhone 5S, the most forward-thinking smartphone in the world, are AED 2,749 (16GB), AED 3,149 (32GB) and AED 3,549 (64GB), respectively. The iPhone 5C, the most colorful iPhone yet, is available for AED 2,349 (16GB) and AED 2,749 (32GB). Etisalat is also providing free iPhone 5C and 5S devices on contract and with attractive plans, with low monthly rentals which offer great value for money. The unique offers are in line with Etisalat’s recent strategy of offering attractive packages while introducing the latest smartphones in the UAE market. “Enabling immediate access to the latest technology and advanced products to our subscribers in the UAE is part of our customer-driven business strategy. Given the huge demand for the latest iPhones, we wanted to offer an early opportunity to users to own the latest devices, combined with attractive packages, at the most competitive prices,” said Khaled El Khouly, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat, UAE. Customers can get devices free with contracts at monthly rentals starting as low as AED 199. At half the normal monthly rental, postpaid subscribers can sign up for a 10GB contract-free data capacity plan at AED 225 per month. Etisalat prepaid Wasel customers will enjoy 1GB free data for the first three months. After that, they will pay a monthly rental as low as AED 99 for the allowance. Thanks to a trade-in option, Etisalat customers can trade their old iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S devices for discounted rates ranging from AED 600 to 1,150 for the new devices. They can also avail of a money-back on the purchase of the new iPhone if they trade in their old phones later. Besides availing of a free SIM card replacement for their new iPhones, customers can choose and shift between local and international bonus minutes on their package. The unused minutes on the monthly bundle can be rolled over to the following month. Both postpaid and prepaid Wasel customers will benefit from Etisalat’s unrivaled 4G LTE network, which covers 80% of the inhabited area of the country and allows users of 4G phones to connect to the internet at speeds up to 150 Mbps. iPhone 5s redefines the best smartphone experience in the world with amazing new features all packed into a remarkable thin and light design, including the Apple-designed A7 64-bit chip, all-new 8 megapixel iSight camera with True Tone flash and introducing Touch ID, an innovative way to simply and securely unlock your phone with just the touch of a finger. iPhone 5c features an all new-design, packed with features people know and love like the beautiful 4-inch Retina display, blazing fast performance of the A6 chip, and the 8 megapixel iSight camera all while delivering great battery life. iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c both offer more LTE bands than any other smartphone in the world. iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c feature iOS 7, the most significant iOS update since the original iPhone, featuring a stunning new user interface, completely redesigned with an elegant color palette, distinct, functional layers and subtle motion that make it feel more alive. iOS 7 has hundreds of great new features, including Control Center, Notification Center, improved Multitasking, AirDrop, enhanced Photos, Safari, Siri and introduces iTunes Radio, a free Internet radio service based on the music you listen to on iTunes.
