Solar cells using sunlight to produce electricity Ankara – Arab Today Turkish Minister of Environment and Urbanisation, Erdogan Bayraktar, said that they are cooperating with the ministry of energy to produce shale gas without polluting the environment. Anadolu Agency reported that the speech made by Bayraktar on Wednesday took place during the Informal EU Council of Environment Ministers meeting in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
