Interior Ministry officers' children visited the Royal Charity Oganisation and were briefed on its charity activities, in supporting widows, orphans, the elderly and people with special needs. RCO officials also gave the visitors and idea about the social, health and education provided by the charity foundation as well as its contribution to helping needy people.
The Public Security Sport Association organised the trips in cooperation with Public Security Officers' Club as part of the summer programme which has been lined up for the Interior Ministry officers' children. The participants in the summer entertainment programme have also visited other departments affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, including the Security Media Directorate, the Security Media Centre, the Security Magazine "Al-Amn", the monitoring and follow-up section and art production unit. The field visits also included the directorate of health and social affairs. The visitors have also attended at the Child Protection Centre a lecture on sexual harassment.
