A woman in Ahmedabad, a city in the Western Indian state of Gujarat, was reunited with her daughter after four years. In a plot that seems staright of the movies, Lakshmi Marwadi, an artisan and seller of clay items, had filed a missing complaint in January 2008. Her then three-year-old daughter who was playing in fronrt of her house had gone missing, reported Times of India. A long and painful search bore no fruit and Lakshmni had almost given up hope of seeing her child again. Meanwhile, she told the story of her missing to one of her suppliers of wooden goods - Meena Mandora. Surprisingly. the latter told that she had a girl whom her son had broght over from his business associates. Police is investigating the case and are on the lookout for that businessman.
