Caroline Masson\'s bogey-free 7-under-par 65 Friday allowed her to own the lead after 36 holes of the Women\'s British Open, the final LPGA major of the year. Masson is at 11-under 133, one stroke ahead of Inbee Park and Meena Lee, who are at 10-under. Park and Pak Se-ri each shot 8-under 64 Friday. Pak is tied with Dewi Claire Schreefel, who shot 66 Friday, and Choi Ne-yeon, who had a second-round 67, for fourth place. They are three strokes off Masson\'s pace. World No. 1 and defending British Women\'s Open champion Yani Tseng is seventh at 7-under after a 66 Friday. Lee, the first-round lead, had birdies at Nos. 17 and 18 to keep close to the lead with a 69 Friday. Park was 6-under after eight holes Friday. She gave back a stroke at the 12th hole -- bogeying that hole for the second consecutive round -- but had birdies at 14, 16 and 17. Masson had three birdies over Nos. 6-9 to get to 4-under on the day and steadily moved up with birdies at 13, 15 and 17.
