Fostering age for abandoned kids lowered to 3 months in Egypt

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a draft law lowering fostering age for abandoned children to three months instead of two years.
The new bill is to allow foster families to take care of abandoned infants, which will positively reflect on their growth, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
