Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received here today the Bahraini inventor Amina Al Hawaj within the framework of launching the King Hamad International Award for Invention and the creation of the world's first "Embassy of Invention", as announced by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in London, few days ago.
Shaikh Nasser praised Al Hawaj for devoting her achievements and creativity into serving humanity at a vital field like physical therapy and health care.
He added that Al Hawaj represents a living example of ambitious Bahraini youth, who is capable of serving Bahrain and honouring it, in local and international gatherings.
He pointed out that the launch of King Hamad International Award for Invention in UK affirms His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's keenness on supporting inventors, enabling them of continuing their scientific work and improving their inventions to serve the humanity, reiterating that the government supports and encourages the Bahraini youth's efforts in the fields of creativity and excellence.
Al Hawaj briefed Shaikh Nasser about the most prominent inventions and prizes she has received, expressing her thanks to him for his interest in the Bahraini youth's accomplishments and affirming her keenness on pursuing her scientific career so as to honour Bahrain's name and serve humanity.
