In spite of her advanced age, Mebarka Saâd Azzem, 116, accomplished Thursday her electoral duty in Tadjenanet (south of Mila, east of Algiers), APS noted. Widow Daïf was born in 1896 in Ouled Zaïm, in Sétif, according to her identity card. ’’ I vote for Algeria,’’ she said while leaving the polling center Djemaoun-Aissa, surrounded by many voters. This venerable lady, who lost two of his son, Tayeb and Belkheir, fell in battle during the War of National Liberation, was accompanied by the youngest children, Cherif Daif. The sight and sound of this old lady fell significantly, but she keeps a sufficient discernment to want \"all the good\" to Algeria and to all his children and grandchildren.”
