Dr. Ahmad bin Abdulla Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education, has discussed with Philip Parham, the UK's Ambassador to the UAE, ways to enhance co-operation in higher education field and develop research and innovative skills of the Emirati students as well as to exchange expertise in the innovation domain.
They also highlighted the important relations between the two countries which are notably growing and based on the strong friendship bonds between the governments and peoples of the two countries as well as joint ambition which resulted in significant and multiple partnerships, especially in the higher education field.
They also tackled the strong connection between higher education systems between the UAE and the UK which can be seen through the increasing number of British universities that attract more Emirati students and the opening of branches of British prestigious universities in the UAE.
